Toshiba K01
The K01 is the same as the TG02 but with a slide out QWERTY keyboard.
It’s another large (4.1″) touch screen cell phone in their Windows Mobile line. It’s got all the same specs but is slightly thicker thanks to the keyboard. It’s also got an AMOLED touch screen where the TG02 has a TFT and can manage up to 32GB microSD expansion.

All of the specs have yet to be revealed on the phone including the talk and standby times on the battery but they can probably be imagined to be similar to those of the TG02 5 hours of talk time and 275 hours of standby. Why is the image blue and the color listed as black or white? Have to ask Toshiba on that.
