The HTC Ozone smartphone is a GSM/CDMA version of the HTC Snap for Verizon. Aside from the network connectivity it is just about the same as the Snap including the full QWERTY keyboard, Windows Mobile v6.1 and memory expansion via a microSD card slot for up to 16GB.
