Ultra-cheap phones for those that need a second or third, or just to make calls. These are the cheapest phones around (less than $15 for the 150, less than $20 for the 250) and are no frills or thrills. They are said to be mainly targeting emerging markets but it is possible they will show up in others as well.

Vodafone has stated that these are aimed at ‘emerging markets’ and have announced release plans for India, Turkey, Qatar, South Africa, Lesotho, Mozambique, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Congo.
