Vodafone 150 & 250

Ultra-cheap phones for those that need a second or third, or just to make calls. These are the cheapest phones around (less than $15 for the 150, less than $20 for the 250) and are no frills or thrills. They are said to be mainly targeting emerging markets but it is possible they will show up in others as well.
